Pascale Terra Déau

Chief Wellness Officer

Pascale Terra Déau is Chief Wellness Officer at Haumea, where she designs effective wellness paths for organizations to increase self-awareness, well-being, and collaboration among employees.

In her work experiences, Pascale observed that employees’ personal and interpersonal struggles, far more subtle than handled by traditional management, were the most significant hurdles to fostering collaboration and cooperation. This led her to study psychology and pursue a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies to develop the skills and capacities to understand these subtle human dynamics.

As she coached and guided clients to become better leaders in the workplace, she realized that the change has to occur beyond the individual and encompass the organization. Wellness can be integrated into corporate strategies, operational capabilities, competencies, behaviors, and culture. She was then called to get a Master’s in Sustainability Management from Columbia University to support the integration of the personal, the collective and the planetary in her work.

For nearly a decade, Pascale has designed and facilitated wellness experiences that foster curiosity, authenticity, and connection for individuals and mission-driven organizations, including NEXUS, Family Office Association, the Terran Collective, Synergos, and Archery Foundation.
