Say hello

We teach people how to thrive at work and beyond

When employees lack the tools to manage sustained pressure, the stress compounds, their capacity to cope diminishes, and burnout takes hold. This lead to disengagement and friction.

Most organizations address this through policies, surveys, and awareness campaigns. These are useful starting points, but they don't give people the skills to respond differently when it matters.

We design and facilitate experiential programs that equip your team with practical skills for self-awareness, communication, and resilience. Participants practice with real tools they can use during challenging situations.

our Manifesto

We believe that work can be a place of inspiration and vitality.

We believe that when people increase their self-awareness, they gain the power to lead differently.

We believe that learning to pause, reflect, and communicate with awareness transforms teams from the inside out.

We believe that prioritizing employees’ well-being enhances motivation and collaboration.

We believe that investing in people's wellbeing is one of the most powerful investment an organization can make.

We believe that when people grow, organizations transform.

Our Services

01

Introduction

60—90 Minute Session

A first experience of the work. Participants begin to explore their own patterns — how they respond to stress, what triggers reactivity, and what it feels like to pause before responding. This session offers a window into what becomes possible when self-awareness becomes a practice.

02

Workshops

Half / Whole Day

Focused, in-depth sessions built around a specific theme. Each workshop gives participants both the understanding and the tools to work with a particular dimension of their wellbeing.

Available themes include: Self-Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Stress and Burnout Prevention, Communication, and Self-Compassion.

03

The Program

3—6+ Months Journey

A journey that creates lasting change. Over multiple sessions, participants build skills in self-awareness, self-regulation, self-compassion, and personal responsibility. At its core, the program offers a path from reactivity to responsiveness — learning to pause, recognize patterns, and choose how to show up rather than being driven by stress or habit.

ProveN RESULTS

“This program goes beyond improving workplace performance; it equips individuals with the self-awareness, emotional resilience, and human understanding needed to navigate the pressures of life, both in and out of work. I consider myself fortunate to have found a program that addresses this so directly, and I believe providing it isn't just generous — it's essential”

Elliott Wallace, CEO, Datamax System Solutions

“This is the best program for wellness. People always focus on physical wellness and not enough on mental.”

“It has helped me in my professional and personal life.”

“I think this should be implemented in the workforce, period!”

Our APproach

We recognize that the personal, the relational, and the organizational are interconnected.

Organizations invest heavily in improving how teams communicate, collaborate, and perform. But many of these efforts address the surface without reaching the root of what makes collaboration difficult in the first place.

When someone is overwhelmed by pressure, unaware of their emotional patterns, or operating from reactivity rather than choice, no top-down framework will fundamentally change how they show up.

The interpersonal friction, the disengagement, the burnout — these are often symptoms of something deeper: individuals who haven't been given the opportunity to develop the inner capacities to respond differently to challenging situations.

We start here.

Through experiential programs, employees develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, self-compassion, and self-responsibility. The impact is tangible: calmer responses under pressure, more constructive conversations, greater personal ownership, and colleagues who are genuinely easier to work with.

This is how organizational culture genuinely shifts — through the people within it growing into more capable, self-aware, and emotionally mature versions of themselves.

About

Pascale Terra Déau

Chief Wellness Officer

Pascale Terra Déau is the founder of Haumea, where she designs and facilitates experiential programs that build self-awareness, emotional capacity, and self-leadership within organizations.

Her path to this work began with a simple observation: the biggest obstacles to collaboration and performance in organizations aren't strategic — they're personal and interpersonal. The patterns of stress, reactivity, and miscommunication that traditional management doesn't reach. There is untapped capacity that emerges when people learn to lead themselves first.

This led her to pursue a Master's in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where she developed a deep understanding of human behavior, emotional patterns, and what it takes to create lasting change. She later completed a Master's in Sustainability Management at Columbia University, integrating her understanding of individual transformation with organizational and systems-level thinking.

For nearly a decade, Pascale has designed and facilitated experiences that foster self-awareness, resilience, and growth for individuals and organizations — including NEXUS, Family Office Association, the Terran Collective, Synergos, and Archery Foundation.

Her most recent work — an 18-month, multi-cohort program with a US technology company — achieved 90% participant-reported improvement in mental and emotional wellbeing and 74% reporting stronger workplace relationships.

Based in Stockholm. Working internationally.
